A Tribute to Chet Baker | Anna Rengela Sextet

On April 15, a tribute concert will be held for the American trumpeter and vocalist Chet Baker. One of the most prominent figures of cool jazz, known as the “Prince of Cool,” Chet Baker’s playing brings a new restraint to jazz music, while at the same time infusing it with palpable emotion.

The concert will feature Chet Baker’s most recognizable compositions, including both romantic ballads and jazz standards at a faster tempo.
