Kristīne Prauliņa & The Soulful Crew ir soul, singer-songwriter mūzikas grupa, kas savā skanējumā ļauj jaukties dāžādu žanru (blues, jazz, pop, r&b, funk, rock) nokrāsām. Raksturīgais vadmotīvs ir Kristīnes dziļā, filigrānā un spēcīgā balss, dziesmu teksti, kā arī katra mūziķa individuālā miestarība un muzikalitāte. Koncertā grupa izpildīs jau izdotas dziesmas no EP “A Warmer October”, singlus, kā arī plašākai publikai vēl nedzirdētas oriģinālkompozīcijas no aprīlī gaidāmā albuma “Textures” - programmu caurvīs grūvs, kas liks gurniem kustēties, kā arī intīmāki dziesminieku tipa motīvi. Dziesmas stāsta par Māju sajūtas un sava ceļa meklēšanu un atrašanu, tās uzdod jautājumus un dažreiz arī rod atbildes un tad ļauj klausītājam vienkārši norimt šeit, šajā brīdī, mierā, kustībā.

“Mēs mīlam mūziku un būt kopā tajā, un baudām iespēju šo sajūtu līdzdalīt ar klausītājiem. Ticu, ka tas ir jūtams katrā mūsu koncertā, jo mūzika ir spēks, kanāls, caur kuru smelties iedvesmu, ticību, pacilājumu, kas vairojas, tajā daloties. Ar nepacietību un patīkamu satraukumu gaidām katru kopīgo uzstāšanos un satikšanos ar klausītājiem! Pa cik pēdējie pāris gadi man pagājuši mazās meitiņas gaidīšanas un auklēšanas zīmē, tikai tagad grupa atgriežas pie pilnas darbības un aktīvi gatavojas izdot savu pirmo pilnmetrāžas albumu, kas tika ierakstīts jau pirmajā Covid pandēmijas vilnī. Tāpēc koncerts Aristrīda Pagalmā būs īpašs notikums, atgriešanās uz publiskās skatuves Rīgā pēc ilgākas pauzes, un Jauns Sākums!" - tā par koncertu saka Kristīne.

Kristīne Prauliņa & The Soulful Crew is a soul, singer-songwriter music group that allows mixing hues of various genres (blues, jazz, pop, r&b, funk, rock).The characteristic leitmotif is Christine's deep, filigree and strong voice, lyrics, as well as the individual fleshiness and musicality of each musician.

The band will perform already released songs from the EP “A Warmer October”, singles, as well as original compositions not yet heard from the album “Textures” - the program will be permeated by a grove that will make the hips move, as well as more intimate motifs of the type of songwriters. The songs tell about the search and finding of the feeling of the House and its way, they ask questions and find answers, and then let the listener just fall here, at this moment, in peace, in motion.

“We love music and want to be together in it, and we enjoy the opportunity to share this feeling with our listeners. I believe that it is felt in every concert, because music is a force, a channel through which to draw inspiration, faith, the upliftment that multiplies by sharing it. We look forward to every part of performance and meeting with the audience! In the last couple of years I have passed the little girl's waiting and nurturing sign, only now the band is returning to full operation and actively preparing to release their first full-length album, which was recorded already in the first wave of the Covid pandemic.

Therefore, the concert in Aristīda Yard will be a special event, a return to the public stage in Riga after a longer pause, and a New Start!" - says Kristine about the concert.
