[LV] Grupas Frederic dalībniekus kopā ir savedusi mīlestība pret improvizāciju. Šoreiz tā ir tieksme pētīt un izpildīt katalāņu mūziku,  komponistu Federico Mompou.

Latvijā atzīti komponisti, improvizatori un izpildītāji, kas nebīstas šķērsot robežas starp klasisko mūziku, džezu un brīvo improvizāciju. Satiec Kārlis Auziņu, Alekseju Bahiru, Edgaru  Cīruli un Rinaldu Maksimovu uz M/Darbnīcas avangarda skatuves.

Koncertā tiks izpildītas Mompou klavierkompozīcijas, kuras tiks brīvi uz vietas orķestrētas un aranžētas kā arī oriģināldarbi un brīvas improvizācijas.

[eng] Frederic is brought together by a love of improvisation and the search for simplicity and new colours in music. This time it is the desire to explore and perform the seemingly marginal figure of Catalan music, the composer Federico Mompou. He wrote music, often miniatures, which is in an indescribable territory between styles and genres.

The members of the group are composers, improvisers and performers recognised in the Latvian music scene, who are not afraid to cross the boundaries between classical music, jazz and free improvisation.

The concert will feature Mompou's piano compositions, which will be freely orchestrated and arranged on the spot, as well as original works and free improvisations.
